Supremo Homes Sales Agreement

This document outlines the Terms and Conditions under which Supremo sells its products, identifiable by the “Supremo” trademark. These Terms apply to all sales made through the Supremo Homes website (https://supremohomes.in/), as well as sales conducted via phone, email, or other forms of communication assisted by Supremo sales representatives.

PAYMENT CONDITIONS:

  • Pre-Order Items: Customers are required to pay 50% upfront to initiate the order, with the remaining 50% due 3 days before the shipping date. Production begins upon receipt of the initial payment, and this date marks the start of the lead time. Full payment is required before shipping, and all items remain the property of Supremo until paid in full. Custom items are non-returnable and non-refundable once production has begun. A transfer receipt must be emailed as confirmation.

  • In-Stock Items: Payment is required in full at the time of purchase.

PAYMENT OPTIONS:

Payment can be made via bank transfer, the most common method. In exceptional cases, a letter of credit may be accepted, subject to additional costs and time delays.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY:

  • Shipping Policy: Shipping is insured by our agency. Supremo is not responsible for shipping or customs delays. If the customer fails to pay customs duties or accept delivery within 3 days of arrival, no refund will be provided. The product will either be destroyed or returned at the customer's expense.

DELIVERY TIME:

  • In Stock Products: 10-15 business days.
  • Pre-Order Products: 40-45 business days. This does not include shipping time.

FREIGHT POLICY & DAMAGE CLAIMS:

Inspect your purchase upon delivery. Report any damages to the carrier and Supremo within 24 hours. Failure to report within this timeframe may result in a denied claim. Refusal of damaged goods does not absolve payment responsibilities. Contact us within two days of receipt at care@supremohomes.in for any issues.

RETURNS:

Returns are at our discretion. Unauthorized returns will be refused at the buyer's expense. Custom items are non-returnable and non-refundable. All returns must be in original condition and packaging, with the customer bearing all return shipping costs.

CANCELLATION:

  • In-Stock Items: No cancellations or returns are possible once an item has shipped.
  • Pre-Order Items: No cancellations or refunds after the initial payment.

PRODUCT STANDARD:

As our products are handcrafted, slight variations may occur. We strive for consistency but cannot guarantee exact matches in finishes. Natural variations in materials are to be expected and are not grounds for a claim.
